Michael's Sweet Potato Casserole

  • 6 cups mashed sweet potatoes (without added milk or butter)
  • 1 pkg. Crown Spice
  • 1 stick butter, melted
  • 5 oz Small can evaporated milk
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Mix and put into a greased casserole dish. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.

Topping:

  • Marshmallows or ¾ cup crushed corn flakes
  • ½ cup chopped nuts (pecans)
  • ½ cup packed brown sugar
  • ¾ stick butter, melted

Mix together and spread over potatoes. Put back in oven and bake 15 minutes or until topping is melted and golden brown.
