Pepper Jelly
Cheese Bake
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1 egg
- 2 tsp. minced garlic
- 5 oz. cheddar cheese (grated)
- 8 oz. Stonewall Kitchen’s Pepper Jelly
Combine first four ingredients in a food processor. Add 4 oz. of pepper jelly.
Mix. Pour into a 6 inch oiled spring-form pan. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes
or until done. Place a separate pan of water in oven while baking to keep cheesebake
moist. Cool completely. Top with remaining Pepper Jelly and serve with crackers.
