Glazed Carrots

  • 1 lb. of carrots
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • ¼ pkg. of Crown Spice
  • water – just enough to cover carrots

Cut carrots to 1” slices and bring to a boil. Add sugar and spices and continue to boil until water reduces to a thin glaze.

(Option: use 2 cups of orange juice and reduce the amount of water for an orange-glazed carrot)
